Erika received a bachelor of business administration degree in general business in 2011 from Mississippi State University. A student-athlete at Mississippi State, Erika competed in 37 events for the Women's Golf Team and had her best individual ranking of 64th nationally.
Prior to joining the PGA Golf Management staff, Erika held several positions within the golf industry. Most recently, she competed professionally for two seasons following LPGA Qualifying School, where she gained membership to the Symetra Tour. Prior to her competitive career, Erika specialized in golf instruction as the Program Coordinator for The First Tee of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, CO, and as the lead Assistant Professional at the Mississippi State University Golf Course. Additionally, Erika completed an internship with the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) in their tournament operations department.
Erika currently serves as a teaching professional at the MSU Golf Course. She is TPI certified and a U.S. Kids Certified Golf Coach.
